Yes.
Once the paint has been properly cured, it is firmly bound to the fabric and intended to be worn like any other painted textile.
That said… please don’t eat your shirt. The paints contain pigments and additives that give them their special properties. They’re made for clothing – not for human or animal consumption. While they’re perfectly fine to wear, I won’t take responsibility if someone decides that cotton suddenly belongs on the menu.
Always remember: you bought a shirt, not an apple. ^^
