After I have made the bike – it was time to prepare the Ortlieb bags. It was not meant to rebrand them, but to make them fit to the bike.
So I had to disamble the bags first to have a flat surface I can put the color on. And to make sure it looks good on both sides, the left-sided bag has to get a mirrored version of the “velo polare” to fit it with the frame design as well.
And I also add some small indicators to find the right side really fast. Painted it in march 2022 and used it on almost 6000km on all conditions like rain, snow, sunshine and the result is still outstanding.
